After Covid: ‘I’ve blood clots and a braced leg, but I’m home’

It was a long and harrowing journey, but I finally made it back home after battling Covid-19. However, the aftermath of the virus left me with blood clots and a braced leg.

Despite the challenges I faced during my recovery, I am grateful to be back in the comfort of my own home surrounded by loved ones who supported me through it all.

The road to recovery has been slow and painful, but I am determined to regain my strength and mobility. Physical therapy has become a regular part of my routine as I work towards getting back on my feet.

Living with blood clots has been a constant worry, but with proper medication and monitoring, I am hopeful that I will get through this obstacle as well.

Every day is a new challenge, but I am taking things one step at a time and staying positive. I know that with perseverance and the support of my family and medical professionals, I will overcome these hurdles.

My experience with Covid-19 has taught me to appreciate the little things in life and not take my health for granted. I am grateful for each day that I am able to spend at home, surrounded by the people who care for me.

Although the journey has been tough, I am filled with hope for the future and look forward to the day when I can fully recover and put this chapter behind me.

For now, I am taking each day as it comes and focusing on my healing journey, knowing that I am not alone in this battle.
